1000 Crunches / Day Won't Get You A Six Pack…
There are a lot of us that start out on a weight-loss regime and the first thing that we decide to do is to crank out as many crunches per day as we possibly can in order to get a flat stomach. The best thing that you can do in order to help lose your fat through diet is to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. Watch your daily intake as far as your calories are concerned and stay away from the processed diet foods. Before long, that six pack will be showing through.
