Many people would consider wheat to be a very important part of their diet and it has even called the staff of life by many individuals. The unfortunate thing is, the human body is not really designed to handle many of the things that we give to it. If the insulin is unable to assimilate the sugar in the blood stream, it simply grabs it and stores it as a fat cell until it is able to get back to it. The unfortunate thing is, it rarely ever has the opportunity to get back to it.

If you are able to cut sugar out of your diet or to reduce it to the point where it is almost nothing, you are not only going to notice a difference in the way that you feel, you are going to notice a difference in your weight.
