By alternating the intensity of your workout, you can get finished with your workout faster and keep your metabolism running for the entire day.

Finally, you may enjoy doing a little bit of circuit training which will help you to burn calories as well. If you are able to incorporate high intensity interval training, along with multi-joint exercises in weight training, you have a powerful routine that will help you to burn calories effectively. Not only that, it will boost your metabolism and add lean muscle mass to your body, which will assist you in burning calories, 24 hours a day.
