Drop That Energy Bar and Drop Some Bodyfat

I’m sure that if you have spent any amount of time watching TV or reading the magazines that you pick up at the supermarket or bookstore, you have probably run across your fair share of diet and health ads. Many of these not only promise to help you lose weight, they make promises that you are able to do so without any effort on your part, simply by doing what it is that they tell you to do. Unfortunately, many of these diet food companies are lying to you and if you are following what they are telling you to do, you may actually be gaining weight, not losing it.

How To Lose Belly Fat

——————————

It’s a sneaky little truth that the diet industry is hiding, they are not interested in helping you to lose weight at all. Yes, they may dazzle you with pictures of people who have lost hundreds of pounds by using the program but in small print, they are forced to admit that that is not typical of people that use the program. The simple reason why this is the case is because they are only interested in getting your money long enough so that you can not get it back. They may help you to lose weight for the short-term but over the long term, you may actually end up gaining more weight than what you lost by using the program.

The way that they do this, in many cases, is by providing you with energy bars and other diet aids which are not only bad for you, they actually may cause you to gain weight. A good example of this are the energy bars that are supposed to be sweet tasting but they contain a sugar substitute, aspartame. This is a very dangerous and deadly drug and although it has been approved by the FDA, there are plenty of studies to show that it is harmful to the health. These health food companies realize this but we also realize something else about aspartame that is rather interesting.

Even though aspartame may not have many calories to it that are measurable, it is not something that is going to help you lose weight. As a matter of fact, in many cases it will stimulate your appetite and change your body chemistry so that you will gain weight very quickly. These energy bars that are supposed to be so good for you may actually be killing you by putting additional weight on your body and keeping you coming back for more.

If you really want to have something that is going to give you energy, reach for a piece of fruit or some raw vegetables. Many of these can be made to be quite delicious and as a matter of fact, the taste of these raw items can actually beat the taste of the energy bars that you were probably eating. Not only are you going to get a lot of energy from these items, you’re going to get the nutrients that it takes to help you lose weight permanently.
