The first thing that I would like to say about the fitness quest ab lounge is the fact that it is actually a well-made piece of equipment. It is solidly built and it works, exactly as it shows that it works. The actions on the ab quest ab lounge are very smooth, so it does allow you to do the exercises that are outlined for you in the fitness book. That being said, I was less than happy with how this piece of equipment performed, overall.

First of all, you are never going to be able to get the abdominal muscles and six pack look that you’re really after without doing a lot of work in the mean time. People spend years working on their abdominal muscles and they need to continue to work on them constantly in order for them to look really good. A lounge chair that folds in the middle and allows you to crunch your way in several different directions is not really going to do all that much to help you to achieve your goal. As a matter of fact, there are a number of different reasons why you might want to choose a different piece of exercise equipment other than this one.

The fitness quest ab lounge is a little bit on the expensive side, and they try to justify this by saying that you’re not going to need to do much work, or that the work is going to be much easier in order for you to see results. In reality, you can do a lot better by spending $20 at the local Sports Authority on an ab wheel, or other comparable piece of exercise equipment. These will use the same muscles but they will use them a little bit harder in order for you to see better results.

Of course, you’re never going to have a six pack midsection if you have a layer of fat that is covering it over. This is a misconception that many people tend to fall for whenever they are watching these infomercials. It always helps for you to be able to exercise your abdominal muscles and to strengthen them, they are extremely important for your overall health. In order to see that work that you have been putting into them, however, you’re going to need to go on a fat burning diet and lose that layer which is covering them over.
