Getting Buns and Abs of Steel without the Videos

If you have spent any time at your local gym, or if you tend to be a people watcher, you will recognize that there are two basic types of people who are interested in physical fitness. The first type, and usually the type that is the easiest to recognize are those that look as if they work out all the time and perhaps even live and sleep at the gym. How To Lose Belly Fat

——————————

I have to admit, there are very few people, regardless of their fitness level that would not be interested in looking good and having the perfect form. The difficult part is, it does take a level of dedication in order to achieve these things and many people are not willing to put forth that effort that is necessary in order to do so. Perhaps they may have worked out on a regular basis and that they are happy with the results that they are seeing, but they are not able to achieve that final level of having rocksolid abs and buns that could crack a walnut.

One of the most important parts of obtaining the perfect buns and abs of steel is realising that it doesn’t necessarily come from the videos that go by the same names. As a matter of fact, many individuals do not have the level of dedication that it takes in order to work out at home on a consistent basis. The good news is, you not necessarily have to work out all the time at home in order to achieve a great looking body, perhaps one that is beyond your wildest expectations. As a matter of fact, it may only take an adjustment in your eating habits and a few hours every month at the gym. Even 1000 crunches per day won’t get you a six pack – it’s all about working smarter, not necessarily harder.

One of the first things that you need to get in your head about having buns and abs of steel is the fact that it does not require you to exercise for hours every day in order to achieve them. As a matter of fact, it is often only necessary for you to exercise one or two times per week but you need to exercise properly. The way this is done is through a method of weight lifting which is known as high-intensity training. You would work your entire body one time per week, doing six to eight exercises which would hit multiple joints. The real key to doing this is to lift to absolute failure, keeping your reps anywhere from eight to 10 per exercise.

After you have done these exercises, do not repeat them and give yourself anywhere from five to seven days of rest in order to fully recuperate. With each successive trip to the gym, you will notice gains in the amount of strength and very quickly, you will recognize gains in your muscle size as well. That is when you start to achieve the rockhard buns and abs of steel that you are looking for. For more tips on how you can lose and tone lower belly fat please feel free to read my other articles.
