In order for you to burn fat off of your lower belly or anywhere else on your body for that matter, it is necessary for you to eat a balanced diet that includes a healthy amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat.

It’s going to take work on your part but by eating a proper diet and doing the proper belly workout exercises, you would be surprised with how quickly the fat will disappear. Give it a month of living in this fashion and you will see the fat melt away quickly.
