Losing Your Love Handles
One of the things that haunts most of us as far as body fat is concerned are our love handles. Some of us carry around small love handles that tend to show up, regardless of what we wear. Others have very large love handles that could be categorized more as a spare tire. Having sixpack abs and a totally ripped stomach may not be something that you are interested in necessarily, but I’m sure that you would like to get rid of the love handles that you have at this time.

Belly fat tends to be some of the more difficult fat to get rid of from our body. This isn’t necessarily because it takes any more effort on our part to burn it but it is because this is where many of us tend to accumulate fat in the first place. Although we may have additional weight all over our body, the love handles tend to be the fat that leaves us last. That is why it tends to take a little bit more effort in order to really see progress on this. If you want to be able to lose your love handles once and for all, here is the perfect way to do it.
The first thing that you need to do is to tailor your diet in one way or another. Many people do this by counting calories and that certainly is one way that is going to work for you. As long as you are at a calorie deficit every day, you are going to be losing weight. Provided you don’t go for too much of a deficit at one time, the weight will come off consistently and eventually your love handles will disappear.
You may help yourself along the way by doing some exercise as well. Exercise alone is not going to get rid of your love handles and it doesn’t matter what type of flat stomach exercises you do, you’re only going to tone the muscle under the fat. By building up the larger muscles of your body, such as your legs, you are going to be burning more calories on a regular basis. This can help you to maintain your calorie deficit and to naturally lose the love handles that you have been carrying around.
Regardless of whether you’re trying to lose your love handles or if you’re trying to drop overall body weight, the formula is really going to be the same. If you do a little bit of strength training in order to build some lean body mass on the larger muscles of your body, you are going to consistently burn more calories, 24 hours a day. Do this along with a healthy diet plan and you would be surprised at how quickly the weight is going to come off of your body. Before long, your love handles will be gone and you will have the trim body that you have been thinking about.
