This can easily put you in a calorie deficit, reducing your waistline and your overall body fat considerably.
Of course, you will also need to watch your diet to a certain extent. For example, eating more raw fruits and vegetables will help to clean up your overall diet, pushing your body fat to an even lower percentage. It will also help you to feel better, something that will keep you going to the gym for the long term.
It does take some determination for you to be able to obtain the perfect abs, but it certainly is possible.
